What is Contract Court Time?

Contract Time at WOTC guarantees a reserved indoor court for 34 weeks running from early September to mid-May. Contract Court Time is ideal for players seeking consistent practice, private lessons, or leisure play.

Priority Registration and Deadlines

Priority registration enables existing clients to renew their reservations from the previous year. Clients with renewal priority wishing to keep the same day and time as their court time from the previous year have until April 1st. From April 2nd, we accept new contracts for the following season.

How to book Contract Time?

Secure your court by completing and signing a contract at the WOTC front desk, accompanied by the required initial deposit. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

How to pay for Courts?

Payments must be made in person at the WOTC front desk via cash or check. Contracted court time cannot be held without payment.

Tennis Coaching on Your Reserved Court Time

USPTA & PTR certified tennis professionals are available to teach and train at all levels. Pro fees range from $60 to $150 per hour (plus court costs).
